This workshop will follow the Amherst Writers & Artists method, which was founded on the core belief that every person is a writer, and every writer deserves a safe environment in which to experiment, learn, and develop craft. Together, we will write from a new prompt each week and have the opportunity to share our work with each other.
Kathy Satterfield is an affiliate of Amherst Writers & Artists. Kathy worked for many
years in kids' educational publishing, as a writer and editor for React magazine and TIME Magazine for Kids. She is currently working on a memoir on raising a son with an extremely rare chromosome abnormality.
