Barbara Josselsohn is the author of a series of three sweeping historical novels set in Italy during World War 2: Secrets of the Italian Island, The Lost Gift to the Italian Island, and The Forgotten Italian Restaurant. Her previous novels include The Lilac House, The Cranberry Inn, The Lily Garden, The Bluebell Girls and The Last Dreamer. Her articles and essays appear in The New York Times, New York Magazine, Writer’s Digest, Parents Magazine, Westchester Magazine, and other publications.  Barbara has taught novel and essay writing at numerous venues and privately. She is a member of the Women’s Fiction Writers Association and is coordinator of the Scarsdale Library Writers Center. Her next historical novel is scheduled to release in mid-2025.
