Seven Monday Sessions
10-12 AM EST
Dates: 4/7 – 6/2 (off 4/14 & 5/29)
ONLINE
There’s a story you want to tell – a story from your family’s past, maybe, or a story about a place and time from long ago that intrigues you. How can you create a strong sense of place and time? What characteristics bring a past era to life? How do you handle your research and how do you weave the facts into your story? Through prompts, published examples, workshopping, and class input, you’ll develop strong chapters and an overall direction for moving forward. Open to all writers who aim to tell the story of the past through their own lens. Recommended for those beginning or in the early stages of their draft.
